A daily vitamin D3 and K2 combination providing 1000 IU vitamin D3 with 20 mcg all-trans K2 MK-7. The two nutrients work together in normal calcium metabolism, with vitamin D supporting calcium absorption and vitamin K contributing to normal bone health.

Ingredients

Each tablet (60 per bottle) provides vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) 1,000 IU and vitamin K2 (as microencapsulated all-trans MK-7, K2VITAL® DELTA) 20 µg. Free from artificial preservatives, flavourings, colourants, added starch, sugar, wheat, yeast and salt. Suitable for vegetarian, kosher, Hindu, halal and diabetic diets.

Directions

Adults: take one tablet daily with water, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Cautions

Not recommended for children under 16. Consult a healthcare professional during pregnancy/breastfeeding, with serious health conditions or medication use. Vitamin K can interact with warfarin and similar anticoagulants. Keep out of reach of children and store below 25°C in a dry place.
