About Us
Understand your health. Support it naturally.
Organic Heart is a naturopath-led wellness shop in the heart of Jeffreys Bay. We started with a simple belief: people deserve to understand what’s going on in their bodies, and to be supported by someone who takes the time to explain it. We have been serving Jeffreys Bay and the surrounding areas proudly for more than 11 years.
Led by Dr Natasha Wepener
Dr Natasha is a registered Naturopath, and everything we stock is chosen with a practitioner’s eye. She makes our own tinctures in-house and offers consultations, including Live Blood Analysis, DNA Analysis, and Food Intolerance Testing. Our team will always tell you honestly what a product is traditionally used for, and when it’s best to speak to a practitioner first.
Education first
We’d rather you understood your supplements than use them blindly. That’s why we write about the things people ask us every day, from blood sugar to magnesium, in plain language, on our blog and in our newsletter.
