Local orders – Jeffreys Bay
- In-store collection is available at 96 DA GAMA ROAD JEFFREYS BAY 6330 during business hours 09:00 - 17:00, at no charge.
Nationwide delivery – South Africa
- We ship to addresses across South Africa using trusted courier partners. We choose the best option for your parcel size, destination and delivery cost.
- Estimated delivery times: Main centres are 2–4 business days; outlying areas are 3–7 business days.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on order weight/value and delivery address. Free shipping on orders over R1200.
Order processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped, where tracking is available.
Delays and issues
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, load-shedding, weather, or remote locations.
- If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at online@organicheart.co.za and we'll track it down with the courier.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
