Ingredients

Each 5 ml (1 teaspoon) provides calcium 1,000 mg (providing 400 mg elemental calcium), magnesium 400 mg (providing 132 mg elemental magnesium), sodium/potassium electrolytes 115 mg, vitamin C 30 mg, zinc gluconate 10 mg, copper AAC 1 mg, boron 1.5 mg, vitamin B6 2 mg, and vitamin D3 2.5 mcg. Also contains homeopathic tissue salts (D6): Calc Phos, Calc Sulph, Nat Phos, Kali Mur, Nat Sulph, Nat Mur and Calc Fluor. Free from animal components, wheat, lactose, yeast, sugar, flavouring, colours, stimulants, pesticides and GMOs.

Directions

Adults (60–80 kg): 1 level teaspoon (5 ml) at bedtime, mixed with 50 ml milk or water. Do not mix with other medications.
