Ingredients

Each capsule provides magnesium glycinate 632 mg and CELLg8® liposomal magnesium citrate 150 mg, providing 125 mg total elemental magnesium (30% NRV). Also contains a phospholipid bilayer (sunflower lecithin), a capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), brown rice powder and silica.

Directions

Adults and children over 9 years: take 1 to 2 capsules daily, or as recommended by your healthcare provider.

Cautions

Do not exceed the recommended dose unless advised. Magnesium may cause digestive upset or loose stools in some people and can interact with certain antibiotics and bisphosphonates. People with significant kidney disease should consult a healthcare practitioner before use. Keep out of reach of children.
