A liposomal magnesium citrate formula designed to improve absorption and provide practical daily support for muscle, nerve, bone and energy-related functions. Each capsule provides 80 mg elemental magnesium from conventional and liposomal magnesium citrate.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains magnesium citrate 380 mg and liposomal magnesium citrate 200 mg, providing elemental magnesium. Also contains a phosphatidylcholine complex, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and a vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). Sugar-free, vegan-friendly.

Directions

Adults and children 9 years and older: take 1–2 capsules daily, with or without food, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
