Ingredients

Each vegetarian capsule provides quercetin (from Sophora japonica flower) 300 mg, citrus bioflavonoids (from Citrus aurantium fruit) 100 mg, bromelain (80 GDU/g) 50 mg, and nettle (Urtica dioica) leaf extract 50 mg. Also contains a vegetarian capsule shell and a natural flow agent. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Directions

Take 1–3 capsules per day on an empty stomach, at least one hour before or two hours after a meal.
