Ingredients
Bromelain 138.5mg (providing 5,000,000 FCC PU enzymatic activity), Quercetin 100mg (comprised of Quercetin 73.7mg + Liposomal quercetin equivalent to 26.3mg quercetin). Sugar free.
Directions
Adults 18 years and older: Take 2 capsules per day with or without food, or as recommended by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
