Ingredients

Each 5 tablets provide calcium citrate 1,000 mg (providing 400 mg elemental calcium), magnesium carbonate 400 mg (providing 132 mg elemental magnesium), sodium/potassium electrolytes 115 mg, vitamin C 30 mg, zinc gluconate 10 mg, boron 3 mg, vitamin B6 2 mg, copper 1 mg, and vitamin D3 (synthetic) 2.5 mcg. Also contains lactose-free tissue salts (D6): Calc Phos, Calc Sulph, Nat Phos, Kali Mur and Calc Fluor.

Directions

Adults (60–80 kg): 5 tablets per day, best taken at bedtime for absorption. Avoid taking within 2 hours of other medications.
