Ingredients

Each softgel provides fish oil (wild Alaskan pollock) 1,000 mg, delivering 400 mg EPA and 300 mg DHA (700 mg combined EPA and DHA per softgel). Tested to a TOTOX score below 5 at encapsulation. Also contains fish gelatin, glycerol and natural mixed tocopherols.

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: take 1–2 capsules per day with meals, or as instructed by your healthcare practitioner.
