Ingredients

Each tablet provides elemental magnesium 125 mg (from liposomal magnesium citrate, magnesium citrate and ConcenTrace® — a standardised mineral and trace-mineral complex from Utah's Great Salt Lake) plus 72 ionic trace minerals. Also contains brown rice flour, magnesium stearate, povidone, silica and sunflower lecithin. Sugar-free.

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: take 1–2 tablets per day, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
