Ingredients

Each tablet (120 per bottle) provides magnesium (as magnesium citrate) and calcium (as calcium citrate) 100 mg. Also contains cellulose, a coating (hydroxypropylcellulose, hypromellose and medium-chain triglycerides), croscarmellose sodium, microcrystalline cellulose and stearic acid (vegetable). Sugar-free.

Directions

Take 1 tablet daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Cautions

Keep out of reach of children. Magnesium citrate can cause loose stools or digestive discomfort. Magnesium can affect absorption of certain medicines; separate dosing where advised.
