Ingredients

Each 10 g serving (cocoa flavour) provides a Total Mushroom Complex of 4,000 mg — including Lion's Mane extract 1,000 mg, Cordyceps militaris extract 1,000 mg, and a combined Reishi, Turkey Tail, Chaga and Shiitake mushroom extract blend of 2,000 mg — plus a Herbal Adaptogen Blend of 2,550 mg, including maca root powder 1,000 mg, astragalus root powder 1,000 mg, ashwagandha extract 250 mg, ginseng root extract 200 mg and rhodiola rosea extract (standardised to 1% salidroside) 100 mg. Also contains cocoa powder, coconut sugar, flavouring and steviol glycosides (from stevia leaf) as a natural sweetener. Free from artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and sweeteners. Produced in a facility that also handles tree nuts and peanuts.

Directions

Add 10 g (one sachet) to approximately 150 ml of cold water, nut milk or another beverage of your choice. Mix well, ideally in a shaker or blender -- this is a natural formulation that may leave sediment at the bottom, so stir again if needed. Take one serving daily, or as recommended by your nutritional advisor.
