Ingredients

250 mg elemental magnesium (from magnesium citrate and liposomal magnesium); isomalto-oligosaccharide prebiotic fibre 2000 mg; beetroot powder; natural flavouring; stevia; xylitol; xanthan gum; fruitaric acid; anticaking agent; stabiliser.

Directions

Adults and children 12+: mix 1 sachet in at least 250 ml water or juice, or add to a smoothie, once daily. May be taken with or without food.

Cautions

May cause diarrhoea, nausea or gastrointestinal discomfort. Use with practitioner guidance if you have kidney disease or take medicines that may interact with magnesium. Keep out of reach of children.
