Each 30 g serving provides: magnesium AAC 1,099 mg, FOS 1,000 mg, L-glutamine 750 mg, vitamin C 492.5 mg, alpha lipoic acid 492.5 mg, vitamin E 420 mg, spirulina 350 mg, curcumin (Curcuma longa) 600 mg, bromelain 200 mg, calcium-D-glucarate 167 mg, quercetin 150 mg, rutin 150 mg, gamma-oryzanol 100 mg, MSM 80 mg, ginger (Zingiber officinale) 75 mg, manganese AA chelate 34.5 mg, zinc AAC 30 mg, golden seal (Hydrastis canadensis) 20 mg, vitamin B3 20 mg, L-cysteine 10 mg, L-glutathione 10 mg, selenium AAC 10 mg, vitamin B5 5 mg, vitamin A 1.5 mg, vitamin B6 1.5 mg, vitamin B12 1.5 mg, vitamin B1 0.5 mg, folic acid (vitamin B9) 70 µg and biotin 0.3 mg.

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: two (2) scoops (10 g), three times a day in 200 ml water (daily dose 30 g). Children under 12 years: one (1) scoop (5 g), three times a day in 200 ml water (daily dose 15 g).
