A comprehensive iron formula designed around chelated ferrous bisglycinate together with active forms of folate, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, plus vitamin C. This combination supports healthy red blood cell and haemoglobin formation while using an iron form generally chosen for good absorption and digestive tolerance.

Ingredients

Each capsule provides iron 24 mg (derived from ferrous bisglycinate 120 mg), active folate 400 µg (derived from (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate 452 µg), active vitamin B6 25 mg (derived from pyridoxal-5-phosphate monohydrate 27 mg), active vitamin B12 25 µg (derived from methylcobalamin), and vitamin C 250 mg (derived from ascorbic acid). Sucrose-free, lactose-free, gluten-free, tartrazine-free, beef- and pork-free, suitable for vegans and Halaal.

Directions

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, or as prescribed by your healthcare professional. Avoid taking at the same time as tea, coffee or a high-fibre meal.

Cautions

Iron supplementation is best guided by confirmed need, especially with persistent fatigue or suspected anaemia. Keep out of reach of children; iron overdose can be dangerous. Separate from medicines that interact with iron as advised. Pregnancy use should be guided by the patient’s healthcare professional.
